This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the website managed by Letizia Dotti, as well as the purchase of products and booking of services offered through it.

2. Services Offered
Letizia Dotti offers mediumistic and sensory sessions bookable through the website, utilizing the Amelia booking system. Available session types, time slots, and bookable days are displayed in the dedicated section.
The provision of services is of a subjective and spiritual nature and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.
3. Product Purchases
Through the site, it is possible to purchase physical books, which are shipped to the address provided by the user.
Orders are managed via the WooCommerce system. Users are required to provide accurate and complete data for billing and shipping purposes.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
Payments can be made through the methods indicated at the time of order (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
An order or booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.
5. Shipping
Books are shipped to the address provided by the user within the timeframes indicated on the product page.
Any delays attributable to the courier are not the responsibility of the Owner.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations
a. Books
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, by notifying via email.
Returns are accepted only if the book is intact and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the user, unless the shipment was erroneous or the product is defective.
b. Mediumistic Sessions
Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date, directly through the Amelia system or by contacting the Owner.
If canceled within the allowed timeframe, the amount will be refunded or can be used for a new booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, except at the discretion of the Owner.
7. Limitation of Liability
The services offered by Letizia Dotti are intended for spiritual, reflective, and personal purposes. They do not constitute diagnoses, clinical treatments, or substitutes for medical or professional consultations.
The user assumes full responsibility for the interpretation and use of the information received.
8. Use of the Site
Users agree to:
- Not violate the site’s security or interfere with its operation
- Not provide false data or data of third parties without consent
- Not use the site’s content for unauthorized purposes
All content (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Letizia Dotti and may not be reproduced without authorization.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the court of the consumer’s residence or domicile, if located in Italy, shall have jurisdiction.
